Booking Terms

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Full payment is due on booking your session. Cancellation within 7-14 days prior to the session will incur a tariff in the amount of 50% of the full tour cost. Cancellations within 7 days will incur a tariff in the amount of 100% of the full tour cost.
  2. All customers signing up for any tours, skills clinics or camps are required to read and sign a release of liability waiver before departing. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the tour without refund. All participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign their release of liability waiver.
  3. All pricing listed on the website is based on a max of 5 customers per guide (depending on the type of ride) unless otherwise stated. Please enquire for details on pricing for larger groups.
  4. All courses require a minimum of 2 people to run unless stated otherwise. If only one person is booked on a course at the time the course is due to start the duration of the course will be reduced. E.g. 2hrs skills session will reduce to 1.5hrs.
  5. Dirt Skills Margaret River reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time (typically due to inclement weather conditions or guide injury / sickness). In the event of cancellation, the customer will be offered the opportunity to either reschedule or receive a full refund. Note: Decisions on weather conditions will be made by staff only and not participants. Skills classes and tours run in most weather conditions so participants need to be prepared with appropriate clothing e.g. wet/cold weather gear.
  6. We ask guests to be honest with themselves about their skill level. If you have booked and paid for a course or guided ride with Dirt Skills Margaret River but it is immediately clear that your skills are insufficient for the trip you have booked, we will endeavour to alter the tour, skills clinic or camp to suit your ability. Dirt Skills Margaret River reserves the right to cancel the remainder of the day and refund 75% of your booking fee.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We may only e-mail you in the future about related services or offers we have with your permission.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes, your name, address, phone number, email address, health concerns and your cycling related information

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
